From Brazil, we welcome Etsu Baloes, a balloon specialist with over 20 years of experience creating breathtaking bouquets, sculptures, arches, and innovative installations that inspire decorators across Latin America.

Joining him is Christian Flores, founder of Gifted Tampa, an event designer with a background in interior design, international business, and musical theater, who has built a strong reputation by blending artistry, communication, and strategy to consistently grow his business.
